In the life cycle of the garden decay is a necessary part of renewal. I paraphrase it now as sex, death, birth.
In the process for fertilisation and propagation I see both overt and covert erotic characters that in the plants we recognise around us in humans. The word allure encapsulates this strategy.
In Prom queen 1 and 2 we have the virgin formally announcing that she is now ready for suitors while the accompanying Trailer trash 1, 2 and 3 blatantly broadcast open for business but not quite as fresh as they once were.
